In Dennis Clayton’s 40 years as a full-time professional portrait photographer, he has experienced more than the average image maker. Besides being a portrait photographer, he has had his own b&w and color labs (custom & package) printing all his own work, restoring old photographs, and retouching both negatives and prints (b&w and color). He started with computer technology back in the mid-1980’s, and has worked with Photoshop since 1992. All these experiences allowed Dennis to switch 100% to digital photography in March 2002 and has never used a roll of film since. Dennis taught darkroom courses at the Winona School of Professional Photography in Chicago (1985-1993) and has spoken twice at PPA’s national conventions along with several state and regional conventions.
When your photos matter, Dennis has the experience to help you with your digital questions.
